Advisory Board Member, Membership Engagement

Sarah brings a diverse background in customer service, marketing, and community engagement to her role. Her career began with a strong foundation in service excellence at Singapore Airlines, which she built upon with impactful customer success roles at Darktrace, Gartner, and impact.com. During her time at Darktrace, she spearheaded the recruitment and development of the company's APAC customer success division, building a robust team of 11 across ASEAN, ANZ and North Asia. In her experience within the tech industry, she’s managed a large portfolio of high-profile vendors and IT leaders, including Microsoft, Google, AT&T, Agoda, and Prudential to name a few. Currently, she oversees marketing and community initiatives for the largest Anytime Fitness group in Singapore, driving member engagement and fostering brand partnerships.​
